Opis: Recognizes a 53 kDa protein, which is identified as p53 suppressor gene product. It reacts with the mutant as well as the wild form of p53 under denaturing and non-denaturing conditions. Opis: The CloneJET PCR cloning kit contains a ready-to-use positive selection cloning vector pJET1.2/blunt. The vector contains a lethal restriction enzyme gene that is disrupted by ligation of a DNA insert into the cloning site.
